About the Role:
The Citco Governance Services Development Team is currently looking for a BPM Developer that is a team player. You will be working in a cross-functional team to build, test and deliver applications for the financial services industry. You will be interfacing with a local Dev Manager and stakeholders in Europe and North America and some workday offset will be required.
Job Duties in Brief:
• Develop and maintain Process Designs, Organization Models, Forms, and Business Object Models on Tibco BPM
• Develop integration services with other enterprise applications
• Follow BPM life cycle of Design, Model, Execute, Monitor, Optimize and Re-Engineer.
• Participate in deployment and basic configuration
• Adhere to development best practices and stay current with development technologies
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Must be able to meet deadlines and changing priorities in a high-pressured environment
About You:
• 2-3 years of hand on experience with Business Process Management (BPM).
• Java knowledge and experience.
• Eclipse IDE
• Experienced in building and integrating services using REST, JSON and XML.
• Experienced in web technologies, including one or more of the following React, Node and Express
• Experience with GIT
• Basic understanding of Relational Databases and ability to write ANSI compliant SQL
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Tibco Technologies, spefically TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM and ActiveMatrix Business Works
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITSM change management practices
• Knowledge of financial industry
