    SAU 29 is seeking a dedicated and versatile Occupational Therapist to serve a vital role across our regional school communities. This unique 100% full-time position offers the opportunity to impact students across four distinct towns: Marlborough (60%), Westmoreland (15%), Nelson (15%), and Harrisville (10%).

    Your Role in the Classroom

    The Occupational Therapist role is essential in helping children meet their educational goals through specialized support:

    • Assess & Evaluate: Determine students' functional physical development and self-regulation needs.
    • Goal-Oriented Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to individual student objectives.
    • Environmental Design: Identify and remove barriers to learning, providing expert recommendations for school-wide accessibility.
    • Leadership: Provide professional direction and supervision to Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

    Qualifications

    • Education: BS and/or MS in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
    • Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Licensure.
