There is a seat open in our Revenue operation teams (focused on Bonus and Compensation) for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations, a proven self-starter with exceptional data-based, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.  If you're passionate about delivering measurable and timely results while working on a broad range of projects, this may be the role for you! This role reports to the Director,  Sales Operations.

• Manage a Sales Operations team in assigned business region, guiding Team managers and analysts on executing day-to-day functions and issues
• Develop exceptional relationships and alignment with key collaborators in Sales, Strategy, Finance, HR, and Legal departments
• Influence the business toward operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvement 
• Support sales quota analysis and management, resolving high-level escalated issues and exception topics 
• Define process improvements, business rules and procedures related to the team functions
• Be the leading collaborator in Sales automation projects and improve sales efficiency (Salesforce,  Tableau or Compensation tools/systems)
• Ability to define technical requirements for Engineer teams and collaborate for system testing
• Become a knowledge pro in Indeed systems, reporting, data, sales organization, and business rules
• Other duties as assigned

• Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Analytical experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or Planning Strategy.
• Minimum of three years prior history managing a team of 3 or more direct reports
• Excellent communication skills – in addition to competencies around editing and writing, the candidate must also be able to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, and describe deliverables, project milestones, and checkpoints
• Microsoft Excel and Google Docs mastery required, with proven experience in building effective Excel models
• Proven ability to oversee a project with the objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately
