Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Vice President of Sales – East Coast to lead and grow revenue production across the region. This is a player-coach role, combining active loan origination with leadership of a small, high-impact sales team of 1–2 professionals.

This role is responsible for generating personal production, expanding regional market presence, and coaching a small team to grow funded volume. The Regional Vice President partners closely with credit and operations to move deals efficiently while serving as a visible market leader for the company across the East Coast.


Key Responsibilities

Personal Loan Origination

  • Independently originate, structure, and close loan opportunities across the East Coast market 
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, borrowers, and referral partners 
  • Manage a personal pipeline from sourcing through funding 
  • Consistently drive individual production and revenue targets 
  • Partner with credit and operations teams to structure and close deals efficiently 

Player-Coach Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 1-2 Loan Originators 
  • Provide hands-on guidance in deal strategy, pipeline management, and closing techniques 
  • Set performance expectations and drive accountability for team production goals 
  • Lead by example through active deal execution and relationship building 

Pipeline & Sales Execution

  • Manage both personal and team pipelines to ensure consistent deal flow and execution 
  • Monitor conversion rates, submissions, approvals, and fundings across the region 
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools and accurate pipeline tracking 
  • Identify gaps in performance and proactively implement improvements 

Market Development & Relationship Management

  • Develop and expand broker and referral networks across the East Coast region 
  • Strengthen existing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships 
  • Represent the company in external meetings, industry events, and partner interactions 
  • Identify new opportunities to grow regional market share 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with credit, capital markets, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of deals 
  • Communicate borrower needs, deal structures, and market feedback internally 
  • Ensure alignment between sales strategy, credit policy, and execution timelines 


Compensation & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $100,000 annually 
  • Incentive Compensation: Performance-based incentives on top of base salary, tied to personal production, team performance, and overall regional loan volume 



Indicators of Success

  • Consistent achievement of personal funded volume and revenue targets 
  • Team production consistently meeting or exceeding expectations 
  • Healthy pipeline coverage and strong conversion rates through funding 
  • Growth in active broker and referral relationships across the region 
  • Accurate CRM discipline and reliable pipeline forecasting 
  • Efficient cross-functional deal execution with minimal friction or escalations 
  • Expansion of regional market share and brand presence
