About the job:

Senior ERP Platform Expert provides best-in-class technical SAP platform for Opella business and Digital teams to run their operations and processes smoothly, while ensuring the consistency and integrity of the applicative ecosystem.

Main responsibilities:

·       Provide high quality service for availability of SAP Platform, SAP technical components and integrated non-SAP technologies.

·       Support design topics for S/4 HANA technical architecture in cloud and on premise (infrastructure, application, landscape and technical).

·       Run technical architecture analysis on S/4 HANA platform architecture working with S/4 HANA platform and SAP Cloud product leads, define roadmap to improve platform capabilities.

·       Define and promote Opella SAP architecture standards and strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external digital stakeholders, including project team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on SAP technical architecture best practices and procedures for implementation.

·       Collaborate with other IT teams to advise on technical approach for all systems integrated with SAP products.

·       Follow the SAP solutions and technologies roadmaps to bring in-time proposals for proper tools positions and optimization. Make evaluation of new tools, products, services, technologies.

·       Advise and implement governance to manage project, change requests impacting SAP platform and technical components. Prepare and follow-up project portfolio for SAP platform and integrated non-SAP technologies.

·       Bring continuous technical architectural recommendations for SAP products and integration roadmap, act as an owner of architecture improvement proposals.

·       Maintain documentation to support digital project leaders to ensure proper execution of the requirements.

About you

Experience:

·       8+ years experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP NetWeaver architecture and related SAP products, as well as interfaces with other systems.

·       ERP transformation experience in a global company, preferably in a FMCG and/or FMCH context managing SAP platform and solutions and best practices for large, complex, integrated software systems.

·       Solid technology expertise in SAP technology and integrated tools.  landscape and lifecycle (migration, new module implementation,…). Experience/understanding of core SAP products and technologies:  SAP Netweaver, ABAP, Fiori, Security, S/4 HANA, Solution Manager, SAP BW/HANA SAP BTP, API-services.

·       Solid understanding and experience with SAP BASIS (Netweaver, HANA, SAP BTP)

·       Experience with Solution Manager (Charm, Soldoc), Cloud ALM, Jira, Confluence.

·       Experience with multi-geography and multi-tier solutions design, with different types of hosting (on-premises, private cloud, public cloud)

·       Conceptual and analytical thinking – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies.

·       Deep understanding of Solution Design and Architecture.

·       Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly.

·       Project management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Knowledge of agile/product development ways of working.

·       Knowledge of technological trends.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
