Outpatient Mental Health Provider

Join a dedicated and invested outpatient mental health clinic affiliated with a Level 1 Trauma Center, where your clinical skills are supported by a full administrative team, a consistent source of client referrals, and performance-based incentives. Hurley Mental Health Associates is expanding and actively recruiting Licensed Mental Health Providers . We value a diverse range of clinical expertise and are especially interested in candidates with experience in perinatal/postnatal mental health and child/adolescent therapy. 

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
  • Independent Contractor (1099 Employment Model)
  • 65% of collected revenue for fully licensed providers 
  • Incentive based compensation
  • Annual performance-based bonus of up to 5% of total yearly collections

Qualifications
  • Active Michigan license: LMSW, LPC, LLP, PhD, or PsyD
  • Preferred clinical experience with one or more of the following: children, adolescents, postpartum populations, trauma survivors
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with clinic staff
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • On-site work in Flint Twp, MI is required, with potential for telehealth services
