Corporate Recruiter II
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Recruiter II to manage candidate sourcing and the full pre-employment process. This role is ideal for recruiters with 3+ years of experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and can efficiently move candidates through the timely pre-employment experience. You will focus on recruiting Semi-Trailer Technicians across Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Minnesota, Texas, and Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and outreach strategies
- Review resumes and screen candidates for role requirements
- Conduct initial outreach, interviews, and pre-employment checks (background, drug screens, onboarding)
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track progress
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to meet hiring timelines
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives
- Post job advertisements and respond to immediate hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and finalize hiring decisions
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates
Qualifications:
- Associate�s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or Diploma/GED with equivalent experience
- 3+ years recruiting experience, managing high-volume workflows independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Experience with ATS or recruiting systems (or ability to learn quickly)
Work Schedule:
Monday�Friday | 8:00 AM � 5:00 PM
Potential extended hours based on hiring demands
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting at a desk (6�8 hrs/day) and frequent computer use
- Clear verbal and listening communication for phone, video, and in-person interactions
- Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (10�15 lbs)
- Minimal to moderate travel for job fairs or recruiting events
