What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, HSE, Emergency Management, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in emergency response, crisis management, resilience, or HSE roles within oil and gas or other high-risk industries.
Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating emergency drills, crisis exercises, and multi-stakeholder response teams.
Strong knowledge of emergency management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational risk environments.
Effective communicator with senior management, regulators, and external responders, and willing to be on call outside normal working hours during emergency situations.
