 Join our team as a Seasonal Bellstaff Attendant and be one of the first and last impressions for our resort guests. In this highly visible, guest-facing role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by assisting with luggage, transportation, and guest needs throughout their stay. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy hospitality, working outdoors, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Seasonal 
• Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays) 
• Department: Front Office / Guest Services 

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome 
• Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms, front desk, and transportation areas 
• Safely transport guests around the resort and to local destinations as needed 
• Drive guests to and from designated locations, including airport transportation when applicable 
• Tag, store, and retrieve guest luggage efficiently and securely 
• Assist guests during room changes and special requests 
• Deliver guest messages, packages, and amenities in a timely manner 
• Provide directions and information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell stand, lobby areas, and vehicles 
• Support overall guest services operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred (not required) 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language 
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service 
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment 
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time 
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage up to 50 lbs regularly 
• Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching 
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions 

Work Environment

• Fast-paced resort and hospitality setting with high guest interaction 
• Indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to weather conditions 
• Frequent use of resort vehicles for guest transportation 
• Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods 
• Active role requiring constant movement and guest engagement
