    • Lead development of grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and required documentation
    • Assess feasibility and provide clear recommendations on which opportunities to pursue

    Program Implementation & Execution

    • Coordinate and drive execution of awarded grants from kickoff through closeout
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and accountability structures
    • Ensure initiatives remain aligned with approved scope, deliverables, and funding requirements

    Compliance, Reporting & Financial Stewardship

    • Monitor grant budgets, expenses, and financial performance in collaboration with Finance
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and programmatic requirements
    • Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and audit-ready materials

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Partner with clinical, operational, finance, quality, and administrative leaders to gather input, remove barriers, and maintain momentum
    • Translate complex requirements into clear action steps and expectations
    • Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders and initiatives

    Ideal Candidate

    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
    • Strong written communication skills, including experience developing grant proposals or similar structured documents
    • Financial acumen, including budgeting and expense tracking
    • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
    • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
    • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with purpose
