What You'll Do
As a Product Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey.
You’ll:
- Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
- Guide buyers through the selection and purchase process
- Follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Work closely with the service team to provide a seamless ownership experience
What We’re Looking For
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred (Mazda experience a plus)
- Strong track record of performance and customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with a driven, positive attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
