Key Responsibilities:

  Authorize and monitor airline staff from arrival to departure of aircraft

  
  


• 
  

  Comply with all TSA screening requirements and procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and staff

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to airport and airline safety protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Operate detection devices or conduct pat-down screenings to prevent restricted items from entering secured areas

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional demeanor and effectively de-escalate challenging situations

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and submit reports on incidents such as theft, damage, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences

  Perform additional tasks as assigned

General Qualifications:

• 
  

  Must be 18 years or older

  Reliable transportation is required

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Must be eligible to work in the United States

  Ability to pass the Airport background check

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass CBP clearance background check and maintain a customs seal
