Kona Ice of Greenwood

We are looking for motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Krew. Servers must be at least 16 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

Kona Ice servers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. Working with children is non-negotiable. We don't hire people, we select talent! We select individuals who uphold our "3 C's" - Character, Competency, and Chemistry. For character, it's doing the right thing even when nobody is watching. For competency, it's knowing how to deal with tough situations. And for chemistry, it's how you interact with your fellow team members, customers, and the world around you. We are relentless on giving unparalleled customer service. We don't just sell shaved ice, we are serving joy to our customers and community each time they come to our trucks.

Kona Ice Server Responsibilities:

Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trucks

Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking

Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

• Have reliable transportation to Greenwood, SC and surrounding areas
• Weekday availability from 9am-3pm REQUIRED
• Lifting up to 20lbs
