Savvee Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst/Team Lead to support our federal client remotely. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in G‑Invoicing and Inter‑Agency Agreements and leading end‑to‑end lifecycle analysis. This role involves validating data accuracy and compliance, uncovering gaps, and driving process improvements aligned with the client’s standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Leading analytical support for Inter-Agency Agreements (IA/IRWA) lifecycle management.
• Reviewing and validating G‑Invoicing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identifying lifecycle, documentation, and compliance gaps.
• Supporting process improvements aligned with the Treasury standards and the client’s financial policy.
• Developing lifecycle tracking tools, dashboards, and metrics.
• Supporting stakeholder training and process adoption.
• Providing strategic analysis and process improvement reports.
• Preparing audit support documentation.
• Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
• Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Four or more years of experience in specialty with Bachelor’s OR
• Twelve or more years of total experience with six or more years of experience in specialty
• Demonstrated experience supporting IAAs and/or IRWAs
• Hands-on experience using G-Invoicing
• Experience in federal financial management or acquisition environments
• Experience supporting audit readiness or modernization efforts
• Must have the ability to obtain the client’s suitability
• Proven familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter
• Must be motivated and have excellent customer service skills
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Accounting or Financial background is a plus
• PMP, Lean, or Agile certification
