Applicant must be available to work Thursday & Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to Noon.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Enters vehicle and donor information into a database and transposes information onto other required documents such as tow list, bill of sale, titles, etc.
- Provides assistance and information to donors, customers, employees, and the public, in person, through e-mail, and over the telephone.
- Facilitates vehicle sales under the direction of the supervisor, such as securing titles, taking payments, and preparing receipts.
- Performs general office tasks, such as preparing correspondence, filing, and copying.
- Assists with all paperwork and preparation required for auctions in compliance with organizational procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Works as a team with other staff to support rehabilitation services provided to individuals with disabilities
- Attends training as assigned or as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE:
The following qualifications represent the training, education, certifications, licensures, and/or work experience required to perform the essential duties and responsibilities successfully:
- High School diploma or GED with accounting and customer service experience.
- Experience in the automobile sales industry preferred.
- Pre-employment drug screening, clearance through a criminal background investigation, and an acceptable DMV record.
- Ability to be bonded.
- Knowledge of: Laws governing the sale and donation of vehicles and charitable giving, Microsoft Office Suite, Eggleston Policies and Procedures, and Basic Mathematics
- Skill in: Organizing, managing, and prioritizing multiple tasks, using a computer to perform work duties,
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Physical demands: Performing the duties of this job requires near visual acuity, the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds, and gross manipulation. Additionally, the employee:
- Must be free of tuberculosis in a communicable form.
- Must be able to drive a car independently.
- Work environment: The work is primarily office-based, but is sometimes performed outside during inclement weather.
