    St. Joseph Catholic School in Vancouver, WA is seeking a part-time or full-time Learning Resource Support Teacher beginning the 2026-27 school year. At St. Joseph we value faith, service, and academic excellence. A successful candidate is: experienced in supporting students who are in need of academic assistance, familiar with intervention strategies, able to provide individualized and small group instruction, knowledgeable in differentiated instruction, and skilled in collaborating with classroom teachers to support student growth. This individual implements a variety of assessment strategies, monitors progress, and integrates Catholic faith and values into all parts of the school day. In addition, this individual must be caring, organized, patient, and communicate well with parents and colleagues.

    This candidate must hold a current Washington State Teaching Credential and meet Archdiocesan Safe Environment Standards.

    Hourly positions begin at $20.00 per hour Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications. If offered as a benefited position, eligible employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and disability, pension, 403(B), HSA, FSA, and generous sick leave, vacation, and holidays.
