Schedule: Start 20 hours/week with a clear path to full-time as caseload builds (fee-for-service model)
Setting: In-person outpatient behavioral health

Overview

Second Wind is seeking a motivated, compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to provide individual and group counseling at our Manhattan clinic. This role starts part-time (20 hours/week) and is expected to ramp quickly to full-time as the caseload grows.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy and facilitate group counseling

• Complete intakes/assessments and develop treatment plans

• Document services accurately and timely in the EHR

• Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-up as needed

• Collaborate with the clinical team to support client outcomes

Qualifications (one required)

• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC

• MSW Limited Permit / MHC-LP

• CASAC (SUD experience is a strong plus)

Preferred

• Substance Use Disorder (SUD) counseling experience

• Familiarity with InSync EHR (preferred, not required)
