Weekly Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm
Under general supervision, this position coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department, as across other departments as well as providing other administrative duties and project support.
Essential Duties
- Coordinates a variety of processes and tasks within assigned department; assists in the gathering, compiling, sorting, verifying and entering required project and or process related information into assigned systems.
- Maintains a variety of systems and prepares a variety of standard and moderately complex reports for the department.
- Processes data for assigned procedures, ensuring timely completion; may assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures for tasks in which coordination is provided.
- Assists in gathering and summarizing information and data from other departments; assists other employees with simple to moderately complex questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.
- Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
- Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
