Job Description

The Senior Director of Presales and Solutions is a strategic leader who plays a critical role in the end to end sales process, partnering closely with sales, operations, finance and executive leadership to design winning, client-centric solutions. This role is responsible for translating complex client needs and opportunity gaps into compelling, data driven, enterprise level solutions across multi tower RCM outsourcing engagements. 

The Senior Director ensure that solutions not only meet client requirements but also align with the organizations long term financial, operational, and growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, executive presence and the ability to drive complex solutioning initiatives from discovery through deal close. 

Essential Job Functions

· Lead the strategy for complex deals, defining the transformation roadmap and commercial models that balance aggressive growth with sustainable delivery.

· Establish and refine data analysis and solution modeling standards; utilizing cutting-edge AI/ML and automation frameworks.

· Oversee budget and resource allocation for multiple high-value deals simultaneously, ensuring organizational efficiency.

· Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure material changes in solution design are vetted for long-term profitability and scalability.

· Direct storytelling aspect of proposals, ensuring cohesive, executive-level narrative that speaks to C-suite client objectives.

· Lead the defense strategy for proposals, coaching pursuit teams on high-stakes client presentations and complex Q&A 

· Serve as a senior level bridge across global delivery centers to ensure that sold solutions are operationally viable and carry the buy-in of global stakeholders.

· Demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning abilities.

Supervisory Responsibility

None required. Individual contributor role with dotted alignment with the existing solutions team.

Work Environment

This job operates in a 100% remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.

Travel

Minimal travel required; up to 25%

Qualifications

· Minimum 8+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions leadership role within the RCM outsourcing segment.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of formal education and relevant experience.

· Proven history of closing $50M+ TCV deals and managing a portfolio of large-scale, multi-tower opportunities.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

· Master’s degree preferred.
