and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve over
14000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the
group.

We
have several full time and part time positions available for at our commercial kitchen in
Hastings, Hawke's Bay.

KEY
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Food
preparation & packing in
accordance to the company procedures and food safety
standards - Organize
and rotate food ingredients and finished stock - Maintain
food hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing preparation area as
required
Processes and pack orders for delivery - Complete food orders to Cafe Anatolia branches
- Clean
and maintain product storage areas - Receive
and process inwards goods - Report
and record activities in an accurate way including Food Control Plan diaries.
Requirements
Main Requirements
- Minimum 6 months work experience in a food business or in a workshop/production environment.
- A trade qualification or training certificate is desired but not required as training will be provided.
Other Requirements
- Must be
reliable and committed - Must
have the physical ability to lift heavy
stock - Must be
able to pass a drug and alcohol test - Will be
required to perform a Ministry of Justice Traffic and
Criminal Conviction check

- Hourly Rate between $24 to $29 per hour depending on

Candidate must be located in New Zealand and have appropriate work entitlements to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen/NZ Resident/Work Visa Holder). Hospitality Franchise Group is an accredited employer with Immigration New Zealand and preference will be given to NZ Citizen & Resident.
