Position Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist is a high-performance, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, upselling, and consistent account engagement across VI Peel's customer base. This individual is a self-starter who thrives without hand-holding — managing their own pipeline, owning their calendar, and executing with precision daily. The Inside Sales Specialist operates as a seamless extension of the Outside Sales team, mirroring field messaging and delivering a unified brand experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing accounts, lapsed accounts, and prospective new accounts
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full VI Peel product portfolio, including VI Derm, ToxBooster, and Body Protocol
• Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal promotions, and strategic business objectives
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and activity KPIs
• Qualify and convert inbound leads with urgency and professionalism
Account Management & Follow Through
• Maintain a structured call cadence for new accounts, existing accounts, and reactivation lists
• Follow up on every commitment made — no dropped balls, no missed callbacks
• Manage a dynamic pipeline of accounts at various lifecycle stages (onboarding, active, lapsed, reactivation)
• Document all interactions, next steps, and account notes in HubSpot immediately after every touchpoint
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
HubSpot CRM Utilization
• Own your HubSpot dashboard — sequences, tasks, deal stages, and contact records must be current at all times
• Leverage HubSpot to build and manage outreach sequences, track pipeline health, and report on activity metrics
• Use CRM data to prioritize outreach, identify upsell opportunities, and surface trends
• Maintain clean, accurate data hygiene across all account records — no shortcuts
Brand & Messaging Alignment
• Mirror the messaging, tone, and positioning of the Outside Sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Stay current on all product training, promotions, and sales enablement materials
• Communicate VI Peel's value proposition consistently and compellingly across all customer interactions
• Partner with Business Account Managers to support account strategy and ensure continuity between inside and outside touchpoints

• Experience in outbound sales, territory management, or account development preferred
• Aesthetics, medical, or B2B sales experience a strong plus

Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, or account management experience
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or comparable CRM platform (required)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, quota-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, med spa, or professional skincare industry
• Familiarity with VI Peel product portfolio or professional chemical peel treatments
• Experience working cross-functionally with outside/field sales teams
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
