Propose and align the Global Retail Operations Communication Calendar
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align global initiatives with local market team
Create and coordinate weekly global ops communications
Ensure effective roll‑out communication for SOPs, playbooks, and initiatives
Drive store feedback surveys (collection, analysis, insight sharing)
Align messaging across global, regional, local and store levels
Design communication formats that improve clarity, engagement, and action
Partner with Continuous Improvement and SOP teams to support change adoption
Crisis communication templates and playbooks
Reduction in operational misunderstandings
YOUR TALENT
3+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Operational Excellence, Internal Communications, and Continuous Improvement
Ability to translate complex global strategies into clear, actionable communication for local markets
Proactive, structured communicator who drives clarity, alignment, and consistency
Strong influencing skills without formal authority
Ability to adapt and be effective in fast-changing environments
Proficiency in M365 tools and basic analytical tools
Fluent in English, additional languages are a strong advantage but not a must.
