Role Overview 

The HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across the full employee lifecycle for teams based in India and Europe (excl. CZ and IT). This role ensures consistent and efficient HR operations, supports regional compliance requirements, and enables a positive employee experience. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance & Payroll, and local leadership teams, the HR Administrator will manage day‑to‑day HR processes, maintain accurate HR data, and assist in the delivery of HR programs and initiatives across multiple time zones. 

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable navigating global HR practices. They will play a key role in ensuring HR documentation, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration are executed with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work with sensitivity to differing employment laws and practices across India and European countries.
