Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will be a vital member of our field operations team, providing the essential support needed to build large-scale industrial utility projects. This role offers a unique entry point into specialized construction where you will work side-by-side with experienced tradespeople and an accessible ownership team. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute demanding physical tasks efficiently across diverse industrial construction sites.

  • Support lead carpenters by anticipating tool and material needs during complex builds.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and operational flow.

  • Assist in the assembly of forms and the placement of rebar for concrete structures.

  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and consistently wear required protective equipment.

  • Contribute to project completion by working overtime and off-hours as deadlines require.

  • Navigate challenging outdoor work environments across all types of weather conditions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual labor or construction-related roles.

  • Proven reliability with a strong track record of consistent attendance and punctuality.

  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and labor in extreme summer and winter weather.

  • Proficiency in English and possession of reliable transportation to the job site.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to follow complex verbal instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Previous experience specifically as a helper in a carpentry or civil utilities environment.

  • Possession of an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.

  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced work setting.
