Job Description

Join our team and play a key role in driving financial accuracy, transparency and business insight across North America Tire (NAT). As a Senior Accountant, you will contribute to the integrity of consolidated financial statements while partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute month-end closing routines related to intercompany consolidation.

  • Support inventory valuation, customer sales programs and benefits accounting.

  • Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

  • Perform budget vs. actual, cash flow and balance sheet analysis.

  • Support internal and external financial reporting requirements.

  • Maintain compliance with internal controls in accordance with SOX.

  • Support accounting and finance decision-making through analysis and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Auditing and/or Financial Analysis.

  • Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing organization or public accounting firm preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and Hyperion Essbase.

  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX).

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
