Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is at the forefront of wireless WAN infrastructure innovation. As part of our WWAN Engineering organization, we are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive programs that contribute directly to the organization's growth and competitive advantage. You will work with a small, growing team of talented and experienced engineers developing state-of-the-art Enterprise Router products that include Cellular, Wi-Fi, GNSS, and Bluetooth radios requiring multiple antennas coexistent in single housing.

Our organization thrives on collaboration, and you'll work closely with other technical leaders and teams to ensure alignment and co-development of pioneering “cellular first” solutions. Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, a division within Ericsson, is the global leader in cloud-delivered and cellular-enabled network solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex hardware programs from requirements through launch, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
  • Lead weekly program reviews with global design and manufacturing partners, providing clear status, risk assessment, and mitigation plans across 2–4 concurrent programs.
  • Support end-to-end hardware (Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering), firmware, and software development of products, coordinating across a broad range of technical issues.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams across Electrical, Mechanical, RF, Thermal, FW, SW, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver robust, scalable, and cost-effective product solutions.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate cross‑functional risks and issues, driving timely resolution.
  • Interact confidently with senior management, highlighting risks across functional teams and providing recommendations to support product-level decisions.
  • Contribute to new product ideation, process improvement, design innovation, and road mapping.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Engineering (BSCE), or a related engineering field; advanced degrees or equivalent education are also considered.
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware or firmware product development (R&D).
  • Strong organizational, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with worldwide partners and internal product groups.
  • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high energy and an optimistic perspective.
  • Experience with routers, switches, and modems.
  • Experience collaborating closely with electrical, mechanical, RF, thermal, test, FW, SW, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance, schedule, and cost goals.
  • Proven experience working with global manufacturing partners, suppliers, and ODM/JDMs.
  • Strong working knowledge of hardware development documentation and change control processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including MS Project.
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term vision for creating leading products.
  • Interest in tracking industry technology trends.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally at least quarterly.
