Shippenville Nursing & Rehab is looking for a PRN COTA to join our fun, upbeat, and supportive team! If you’re passionate about helping residents improve their independence and enjoy working in a collaborative, positive environment, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents with improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional independence

• Implement individualized treatment plans in a SNF/LTC setting

• Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Pennsylvania

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive, energetic attitude
