This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and own AI-powered internal systems that streamline and scale company operations.
- Act as the product owner for automation workflows—defining priorities, scope, and execution.
- Translate business and operational challenges into AI agents, workflows, and automated solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks across reporting, decision-making, and daily operations.
- Develop internal tools such as Slack agents, asynchronous assistants, and automated reporting systems.
- Integrate platforms like Stripe, Slack, Webflow, Notion, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, and Typeform into cohesive, unified systems.
- Leverage no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, webhooks) alongside AI agents to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Take full ownership of systems—from concept to deployment—and continuously optimize them based on usage and impact.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building AI-driven systems, automation workflows, or internal tools (beyond basic prompting).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, tool usage, API workflows, and automation logic.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Comfortable working with APIs, troubleshooting integrations, and navigating technical documentation.
- A product-oriented mindset—you think in terms of systems, user value, and business outcomes, not just tasks or code.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and make thoughtful trade-offs around scope and impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience building internal AI tools or assistants actively used by teams.
- Background in fast-paced environments where iteration speed is prioritized over perfection.
- Ability to design system architectures spanning multiple tools and platforms.
