TELIT IOT SOLUTIONS, INC
The Sales Manager will take care of all his customers and collaborate with local distributors in Taiwan to achieve the target set by the Company.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
· Manage relationships with local distributors to drive M2M module's revenue and business growth in Taiwan market.
· Develop regional sales plans that are aligned with and support the corporate business goals and strategies.
· Build close relationships with key customers at all levels (from R&D engineer to CEO).
· Integration of resources and identify new customers and market opportunities.
· Manage and drive new projects, design-wins, focusing especially on high density.
· Support other activities or ad hoc tasks assigned by your superior.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· BS/MS in Electronic Engineering, Telecom (or equivalent).
· 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the industry. Some working experience in distributors is preferred.
· Knowledge of Telecom, just like 4G/5G/Wifi/GPS/Bluetooth, familiar with wireless modules is preferred. Technical background is highly preferred.
· Proven ability to grow shares in large customers and expand business in new market or new customers.
· Strong understanding of customers’ needs in key IOT market segments.
· Excellent knowledge and relationship with the distribution business model.
· Good tracked record of sales skills
· Good presentation and excellent communication skills - oral and written in English
· Great teamwork attitude to work in dynamic environment and can work independently and under pressure.
· Willing to travel whenever there is a business requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess driver’s license, enabling flexibility and efficiency in traveling to customer sites
- Experience in working for distributors is a plus.
