What You’ll Do
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of fresh floral orders for shipment. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, picking, packing, and staging products while maintaining efficiency, safety, and product quality in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Receive incoming product and replenish warehouse inventory to support order fulfillment
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners or paper pick tickets with a high level of accuracy
• Pack floral orders carefully to ensure product quality and readiness for shipment
• Select cases of flowers in a refrigerated box pick cooler using warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Stage completed orders by stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and preparing pallets for outbound shipping
• Move and handle freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Read and verify product labels, tickets, and documentation to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity expectations
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role operates in a warehouse environment that includes a refrigerated cooler maintained at approximately 36°F to preserve fresh floral products.
This position requires the ability to:
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Safely handle freight, boxes, and inventory during the shift
Compensation & Benefits (What’s in it for you)
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $16–$17.50 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Schedule:
- Sunday – Thursday: Start time 10:00 AM; shift runs until work is complete
- Training Period (approximately 1 month, Monday – Friday): Start time between 4:30 AM – 5:30 AM; shift runs until work is complete
- Start times and hours may occasionally vary due to holidays or business needs
