Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN)

Job Description

We currently have a full time (40 hour) opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Waltham, Boston IVF location. 

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm 

*2 weekend shift a month requirement, with 3 holidays per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide primary nursing care to patients undergoing advanced reproductive technology (ART) and ovulation induction (O.I.).

Work in conjunction with other nurses, medical assistants, advanced practice providers, physicians, laboratory personnel, O.R./PACU staff, administrative assistants and receptionists to ensure the smooth daily flow of the clinical practice.

Job Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum two years of nursing experience required
  • Women's health experience strongly preferred
  • Infertility practice background a strong plus
  • Nursing Diploma and current MA license required

Experience:

  • Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Women's Health or Infertility: 1 year (Preferred)


  • Qualifications

    Education & Licensure

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) 
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred 
    • BLS and/or ACLS certification – preferred 
  • Experience

    • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience – preferred 
    • Prior experience in women’s health or fertility – preferred 
    • Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed 
  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
