Job Description

RESPONSABILITIES:
The Lead Remanufacturing Engineer (Program Manager) will lead New Product Introductions (NPI) for turbochargers and remanufactured products across IAM and OES channels. This hybrid role combines project leadership with deep technical engineering skills to ensure successful development, industrialization, and continuous improvement of remanufacturing processes. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, business planning, and technical problem-solving to deliver programs on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

 

Project Management & Business Planning

Lead end-to-end NPI programs for turbochargers and remanufactured products. Ensure program milestones, budget, quality targets, and BOM costs are met and plan mitigating action when issues arise. Perform business planning and budgeting for IAM/OES programs, including historical data review, yearly activity planning, and resource forecasting.

 

Engineering & Technical Leadership

Define new remanufacturing requirements. Maintain process instructions in collaboration with engineering and ISC functions. Identify tooling, materials, and manufacturing requirements with site manufacturing engineering and supply chain for Real REMAN Program.

 

Cross-Functional & Customer Engagement

Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality to ensure robust launches. Act as a technical liaison between IAM, OES customers, and internal stakeholders.

 

Reporting

Report program status to leadership in weekly tier reviews and monthly leadership reviews.

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.

• 5+ years of combined experience in program management and engineering/manufacturing processes.

• Strong understanding of turbocharger functionality (advantage).

• Advanced level of English

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams and manage customer-facing interactions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

• Project Management
