Description

Looking for experience working with children with diverse needs? Join our Intensive School Supports Program (ISSP) at the Counseling Service of Addison County, and receive the on-going support and training to excel in supporting these individuals.  Behavior Interventionists focus mainly on behavioral support and specialized instruction, in-order to increase a student’s ability to access their education.

Positions are full-time (39hrs), year-round and all located within the public schools of Addison County. Services outside the school calendar-year focus on community outings, and providing an enriched environment for students when not in school. We are hiring enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to provide one-on-one supports using a trauma-healing, Applied Behavior Analysis framework. You will receive the Registered Behavior Technician training upon hire, and continued regular supervision from a BCBA clinician.  This program thrives on strong mutual support among team members, and provides a great career development opportunity for those who want to grow in this field.

Increased pay starting at $23 per hour with a BA degree, or $21.39 without BA.  Comprehensive benefits including generous paid time off and onsite gym membership.  EOE
