Job Description

DTC Global Services, LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Application Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of PRISM and related enterprise applications. The Application Developer will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with client needs and mission requirements, working closely with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

Job Summary:

  • Design, develop, and enhance applications within PRISM and related systems
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system defects and performance issues
  • Translate user requirements into technical solutions aligned with system capabilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation, test plans, and system artifacts
  • Support data management, integration, and system optimization efforts
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to system performance and development practices
  • Maintain accountability for the reliability and efficiency of assigned application components
  • Contribute to solution design discussions and provide input on effort and implementation approaches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to support delivery and system improvements

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as an application developer
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle development tools
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java (J2EE), C#, or similar
  • Strong understanding of software design and development principles
  • Experience working in enterprise or mission-critical systems
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting Unison PRISM COTS environments or similar federal acquisition systems
  • Experience supporting federal government systems or contracts preferred
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant application development experience
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Location:

  • Remote / Hybrid (based on contract requirements)
  • Potential for periodic onsite client visits
