- Work Schedule: Overnight shifts, with an every other weekend rotation; Overnight shift - 11:00pm - 7:30am

Job Description:
- Responsible for providing patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
- Coordinates and processes department patient information; performs secretarial tasks, and maintains organized work flow of department.
- Functions as department receptionist, and responds to customer inquiries or customer is referred to appropriate person(s).
- Processes internal and external provider requests for patient information.
- Completes insurance verification as required by payors.
- Enters payments as received by patients.
- Manages telephone calls and communicates with appropriate staff and/or providers.
Qualifications:
- If Clinical Assistant, required to be listed on State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry (WI TMU).
- If Emergency Medical Tech, required to hold current Wisconsin Emergency Medical Tech (EMT) license/certification.
