• Hours: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
• Work Schedule: Overnight shifts, with an every other weekend rotation; Overnight shift - 11:00pm - 7:30am

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
• Coordinates and processes department patient information; performs secretarial tasks, and maintains organized work flow of department.
• Functions as department receptionist, and responds to customer inquiries or customer is referred to appropriate person(s).
• Processes internal and external provider requests for patient information.
• Completes insurance verification as required by payors.
• Enters payments as received by patients.
• Manages telephone calls and communicates with appropriate staff and/or providers.

Qualifications:

• If Clinical Assistant, required to be listed on State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry (WI TMU).
• If Emergency Medical Tech, required to hold current Wisconsin Emergency Medical Tech (EMT) license/certification.
