Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support all inventory and product movement across the venue. This role is critical to ensuring bars, concessions, and premium areas are fully stocked and prepared for service. Your work directly impacts the success of every bar, stand, and guest experience in the venue
Warehouse Associates work closely with the Warehouse Manager and all departments to execute product organization, distribution, and restocking with accuracy and efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires organization, accountability, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and store incoming product deliveries (food, beverage, disposables)
- Maintain accurate organization of warehouse inventory including labeling and storage standards
- Pick, stage, and distribute product to bars, concessions, and premium areas prior to events
- Execute restocking and product runs during events to maintain operational flow
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures and proper storage practices
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Communicate with supervisors and department leads regarding product needs and shortages
- Support loading, unloading, and movement of product throughout the venue
- Assist with post-event breakdown, returns, and reorganization of inventory
- Take ownership of assigned areas and ensure accuracy and accountability in all tasks
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and accountable with strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Schedule
- Event-based schedule tied to concert calendar
- Expect to work the day prior to an event, event days, and days after events.
- Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hours vary week-to-week based on event schedule
Availability Requirement
Candidates should review the concert calendar and be available to work the majority of events. We strongly prefer candidates who can commit to approximately 80% of scheduled dates.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat, rain, and varying weather
- Must follow all venue safety protocols and operational standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
