For our site in Esenyurt, Istanbul we are looking for you as Quality Engineer
These challenges await you:
Active participation in development projects regarding feasibility and implementation of defined requirements at component and product level, considering reliability and safety as well as low- and high-voltage systems
Conducting advanced quality planning for new products (APQP, FMEA, validation planning, etc.)
Planning and actively monitoring validation tests for purchased components in cooperation with suppliers
Application of quality tools for product development and problem-solving (Ishikawa diagram, brainstorming, etc.)
Collaboration with production, development teams, and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements
You inspire with us that:
Successfully completed degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical training with relevant qualifications
Professional experience in quality assurance of electromechanical projects using common quality tools (APQP, FMEA, test planning) is an advantage
Strong focus on quality and cost awareness
High level of self-motivation, persuasion skills, and strong communication abilities
Solid technical understanding and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical topics
Initial experience in vehicle air conditioning systems is a plus
Hands-on mentality and quick comprehension skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
