Lynco Products is actively building a Talent Pipeline for future Sales & Service Representative roles across the continental United States. What Our Sales Reps Do
Our Independent and Statutory Sales Representatives play a vital role in growing our business by:

Calling on convenience stores, grocery stores, and travel centers to open new accounts and grow existing ones

Merchandising product lines and recommending new solutions to increase store profitability

Developing local relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and expanding Lynco’s brand presence

Maintaining a consistent service schedule while actively pursuing new opportunities in the territory

Partnering with internal teams and regional sales management to meet performance goals and support long-term customer success
Compensation Models

1099 Independent Contractor: Commission-based structure with strong earning potential, flexibility, and access to established accounts

Statutory Employee Model: Base salary + commission, with insurance and 401(k) benefits available
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for driven, organized, self-starting professionals with:

A hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial drive

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

The ability to manage a territory independently while delivering consistent results

Comfort with physical merchandising (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs) and regional travel

Familiarity with using technology for reporting, communication, and inventory management
