Kustom Signals

Performs various types of maintenance tasks related to facility buildings, infrastructure systems, manufacturing and process equipment. Works with other team members, supervisors, engineers and contractors as needed to troubleshoot, install, remove, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and/or reinstall various types of mechanical equipment. In addition, works with above individuals to perform other industrial maintenance tasks involving electric, automation/PLC, machine shop, welding, carpentry, plumbing, piping, HVAC, hydraulics and pneumatic functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<ol>
	<li>Reads and interprets blueprints, technical manuals, technical drawings, schematics. Receives and comprehends verbal and written instructions in order to troubleshoot, maintain and perform required repairs.</li>
	<li>Conducts routine preventive maintenance activities including, but not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, changing belts, filters and bags, monitoring and maintaining pressure and fluid levels on various types of equipment including steam systems/boilers, cooling towers, heat ex-changer, compressed air and vacuum systems, HVAC units, water treatment systems, filtration, dust collection systems and ventilation systems.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoots, installs, removes, disassembles, repairs/rebuilds, reassembles and reinstall various types of mechanical and process equipment including, but not limited to those identified above with emphasis on electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, steam valves, belt drives, blowers, fans, bearings, shafts and compressors.</li>
	<li>Troubleshoots, repairs and/or replaces various hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems including control valves, relays, thermostats, pressure switches and gauges.</li>
	<li>Assists with the removal, repair and/or installation of water supply systems, piping, controls and fixtures.</li>
	<li>Assists with installation, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and electrical control devices including AC/DC motors, motor controls, PLC controllers and other control devices.</li>
	<li>Utilizes required personal protective equipment and performs work in compliance with OSHA standards.</li>
	<li>Identifies and advises supervisor of existing or impending maintenance issues. Recommends actions and parts or materials necessary to correct problem. Procures parts/materials necessary to effect repairs or preventative measures as directed.</li>

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs general carpentry duties including removal and installation of window panes, door and window hardware; removal and installation of various types of flooring including sub-flooring, tile and hardwood; rough wall and ceiling construction.

The Technical Sales Lead - PBT (Preliminary Breath Tester)&nbsp;is responsible for leading and managing all sales activities within an assigned territory for breath alcohol testing instrumentation used by law enforcement agencies. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building long-term customer relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic sales planning, technical product knowledge, and consultative selling.

10. Conduct product demonstrations, technical training sessions, and educational presentations for customers and stakeholders.

Position Summary: 
The Design Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, developing, testing, and supporting the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems for commercial, industrial, and law enforcement applications. Design Engineer

Bachelor in EE/ET or CS; 2+ years hardware/firmware design; strong troubleshooting and PCB design skills; embedded systems experience

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will inspect the property to identify necessary repairs. Whenever possible, will complete the repairs themselves or with other members of the maintenance team.&nbsp; Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities including, but not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, changing belts, filters and bags, monitoring and maintaining pressure and fluid levels on various types of equipment, including steam systems/boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, compressed air and vacuum systems, HVAC units, water treatment systems, filtration, dust collection systems, and ventilation systems.

Our ideal candidate has some carpentry experience and is knowledgeable about various hand and power tools. You may also be asked to perform maintenance and repairs of the facility, including interior, exterior, and vital systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) with help from other maintenance team members. Any experience in these areas is a major plus. As part of our maintenance team, you should feel comfortable assisting with landscaping and cleaning tasks as needed.

Building Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
