License Practical Nurse

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in NY; pediatric experience preferred; 2 years preferred; bilingual a plus; EMR experience beneficial.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Licensed NY NP; pediatric/family NP cert; board certified or eligible; active DEA; strong communication; collaborative, high-quality pediatric care.

Medical Receptionist

High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year medical office experience; strong customer service and multitasking; EMR experience (AthenaOne a bonus); bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Medical Assistant

High school diploma or GED; 1+ year medical office experience; familiarity with medical terminology; EMR experience (AthenaOne preferred); bilingual Spanish a plus.

Medical Receptionist (Bilingual)

Bilingual Spanish/English; high school diploma or GED; 1 year medical office experience (pediatric preferred); EMR experience with AthenaOne is a bonus.

Pediatric Physician

Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician; active NY license; remote telemedicine; part-time (~24 hours/week); after-hours care; experience in pediatrics; behavioral/mental health calls preferred.

Medical Assistant Lead

Certified or registered Medical Assistant; 3+ years MA experience; leadership plus; EMR experience (AthenaOne a plus); strong organizational and communication skills.

Licensed Practical Nurse

NY-licensed LPN; pediatric experience preferred; bilingual a plus; EMR experience helpful; good communication and patient care skills.

Front Desk Supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent; 7+ years pediatric medical receptionist experience; 1+ year leadership; EMR experience with Athena and Phreesia; strong communication and organizational skills.

3-5 years as Medical Receptionist; EMR experience (Centricity, Phreesia); high school diploma; strong front desk and communication skills.
