Crisis Resource Center Advocate

Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; 1-3 years with high-risk youth; strong computer/data entry skills.

Academic Success Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, Human Service, or related field; 1-3 years in school/community program; background checks; valid driver’s license.

PSH Peer Support Specialist

Peer Support Specialist

Requires high school diploma or GED; lived homelessness experience preferred; valid Michigan driver’s license; basic computer skills; able to work evenings/weekends; MDHHS Certified Peer Support Specialist certification highly preferred.

Clinical Manager

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology or criminal justice; LMSW; 5-7 years in licensed residential youth care; 1-3 years supervisory experience.

Resident Advisor

HS diploma required; 6 months to 1 year experience with adolescents/young adults; good communication; driver’s license; basic computer skills.

Human Resources Generalist

Supports HR policies and programs including benefits, recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, and training; 5+ years HR experience; Bachelor’s preferred.

Facilities Maintenance Day Porter

6-12 months facilities maintenance experience; basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical knowledge; lift up to 50 lbs; after-hours/weekend availability; high school diploma preferred.
