Troubleshoot electrical systems on vessel; read ISO electrical drawings; knowledge of Kongsberg systems; able to work at sea; pass pre-employment/random drug tests.

Galley/Housekeeper

One year minimum as prep cook/kitchen experience in high-volume setting; ServSafe or state food handlers permit; ability to work at sea; strong hygiene and customer-service mindset.

2nd Mate

Mate

Minimum 3 years as 2nd Mate on fishing vessels; strong communication, organizational, and detail management; advanced First Aid; proficient with Windows and AmosD Data Base; US Coast Guard licensing standards.

Processor - American Empress II

Processor

English proficiency; ability to live in close quarters; physical stamina for long hours; capable of working at sea in cool, damp environments; ability to operate moving machinery; lift up to 77 pounds; up to 16 hours/day for 6+ months.

Ability to work long shifts on board, pass pre-employment and random drug tests, live in shared quarters, operate on moving machinery, work in cold damp conditions, and communicate in English.
