Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years in construction-related risk management; experience with contracts and CCIP; proficient in Excel and Word.

VDC/BIM Specialist

B.S. in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; 1-3+ years in project engineering, estimating, or design; proficiency in BIM tools (Revit).

Estimator

Minimum 2+ years in a field/project team role at a GC; degree in Construction Science/Management preferred; ability to evaluate cost data and manage multiple tasks.

Insurance Coordinator

Assistant Superintendent (Exteriors)

Exterior construction experience; 1-6+ years in high-density multi-family/commercial builds; Bachelor's preferred; Procore or similar QC tools preferred.

Scheduling Manager

5+ years of project scheduling experience; college degree preferred; proficient with Touchplan, Primavera, MS Office.

Project Manager

5-10 years in multi-family construction; college degree; safety and quality focus; Procore experience preferred.

Superintendent

10+ years wood-frame and multifamily construction; college degree preferred but not required; technology literate.
