Oklahoma RN with 2+ years in home health; CPR cert or ability to obtain within 60 days; Medicare home health knowledge; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.

PRN Hospice Home Health Aide

Hospice Home Health Aide

Active HHA certification in good standing; 12 hours annual in-service training; strong communication; organized and able to work independently or with a team; compassionate demeanor.

ADvantage Case Manager

Advantage Case Manager

Oklahoma RN/LPN license; Bachelor's degree with 1 year aging/disabled experience; CPR within 60 days; valid driver license; ability to travel; 50% remote/50% travel.

ADvantage Nurse LPN

Nurse LPN

Active LPN license with at least six months of patient monitoring visits; CPR within 60 days of hire; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance; ability to travel; ability to lift up to 50 lb (also 20 lb for 70% of the time and 30 lb for 25%); home health or critical care experience preferred.

Senior EMR Implementation Specialist

5+ years EMR/EHR implementation experience; hands-on with major EMR; travel across Oklahoma and nearby states; strong communication and training skills; bachelor’s degree in health informatics, nursing, IT, or related field preferred.

EMR Billing Product Manager

8+ years in medical billing/coding and EMR implementation with sales/deployment experience; travel to client sites across OK and nearby states; bachelor's in health informatics, nursing, IT, or related field preferred.
