Adult Day Services Individual Support Specialist

Bachelor's in health or human services; 3+ years with ID; supervisory & training experience; NYS OPWDD Day program regs knowledge; Microsoft Word/Excel; Therap; CQ Leadership Personal Outcome Measures training preferred.

ARS Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse

RN licensure in NYS; Bachelor's degree; 1 year clinical experience; experience with developmentally disabled/mentally challenged adults.

ADS Driver

Driver

Valid NYS driver license and clean driving record; HS Diploma/GED; English proficiency; experience in the field a plus; ability to assist lifting and mobility devices; comply with OPWDD background checks.

ADS Program Coordinator

BA/BS required; MA preferred. 5+ years MR/DD experience; 2+ years supervisory. Proficient English required. Flexible schedule.

ADS Program Supervisor

HS/GED required plus 3 years experience or AA degree with 1 year of experience; BA/BS degree preferred for highest salary; 1 year experience with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities; 1 year supervisory experience.

ADS Administrative Coordinator

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with electronic documentation systems and programs for individuals with IDD helpful.

Nursing Supervisor

RN licensed in NY, BSN or related field, 6 years clinical experience including 2 in supervision; experience with developmentally disabled adults; willing to travel between sites.

1199 Maintenance/ Housekeeper

High School Diploma or GED; 3 years experience preferred; FDNY Certificate of Fitness A; NYS Driver's License is a plus; English proficiency required.

Adult Day Behavior Coach

Adult Day Services Behavior Coach

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related human services; minimum 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities; ABA experience a plus.

School Behavior Coach

RBT certification required; 3+ years experience with autism; ABA experience.

Administrative Assistant

English proficiency; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; team player; detail-oriented; problem solver; capable of project management; maintains confidentiality; proficient in Microsoft Office.
