Customer Service - Swing Shift

Customer Service

Customer service duties including tracking shipments, order entry, paperwork imaging, and updating customers; experience with logistics operations is preferred.

Transportation Professional

Strong communication, problem solving, organizational, time management; ability to work in fast-paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office; bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or Logistics preferred.

10+ years sales, 5+ in leadership; high school diploma; strong leadership, communication, CRM proficiency, and negotiation skills.

Carrier Sales Specialist

Sell transportation logistics services; develop carrier relationships; communicate with customers; high school diploma; MS Office; prior sales experience preferred.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Manage past due accounts, contact customers, monitor delinquency, maintain records, assist with invoicing and contract reviews; requires 1 year office experience and strong Excel skills.

Diesel Field Technician

5+ years trucking experience; valid driver’s license; clean MVR; electrical troubleshooting; air and hydraulic brake experience; ASE certification; ability to work with minimal supervision; transportation experience preferred.

Logistics Account Manager

2 years in sales/logistics preferred; strong client relationships; entrepreneurial mindset; excellent communication and negotiation; high school diploma or higher.

Trailer Mechanic

1 year welding experience; own basic tools; container repair/welding preferred; able to work in varying weather.

Logistics Administrative Specialist

Two years in an office/administrative role; strong communication, customer service, computer and typing skills.

Carrier Sales Coordinator

Experience coordinating loads, communicating with dispatchers and drivers, updating ETAs, and handling PODs and invoices; strong problem solving.

National Sales Executive
