Supervise water meter operations and staff; manage field services, data accuracy, and compliance; ensure customer service and budgeting.

Combination Inspector

High school diploma or GED; 1 year inspector experience; ICC Residential Inspector certifications (B1, M1, E1, P1) and one commercial inspection qualification (B2, M2, E2, or P2); valid Iowa driver’s license.

High School Diploma and 1-3 years as journeyman automotive mechanic; or equivalent experience; CDL Class B with endorsements and Medical Examiner's Certificate; EPA certifications.
