Licensed Practical Nurse

One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a healthcare facility; NJ LPN license; High school diploma; CPR certification.

Registered Nurse (RN) with NJ licensure; hospice/home health or related nursing experience; CHPN preferred; BSN preferred; valid driver's license; reliable transportation.

Hospice CNA

Per diem Hospice CNA with PA certification, HS diploma, valid PA driver’s license, 1 year direct patient care experience; available Mondays.

Full-Time On Call Hospice RN

RN with NJ licensure; 1 year nursing experience preferred; CHPN certification preferred; valid driver’s license; willing to travel within South Jersey counties.

Hospice CHHA

High school diploma or GED; Hospice Aide/Homemaker certification; NJ Board of Nursing certification; valid driver’s license; 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.

PT Therapy Manager

Physical Therapy Rehab Manager

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; PA PT license in good standing; 3-5 years of related experience; strong communication and leadership abilities.

High school diploma or GED; Hospice Aide/Homemaker certification; valid driver’s license; 1 year direct patient care experience; ability to work in patient homes.

Hospice experience; RN licensure in NJ; valid driver’s license; CHPN some preferred; BSN preferred; 1 year general nursing with hospice/home health preferred.

Concierge

Frontline receptionist duties; greet residents/visitors, handle calls, and provide clerical support.

Speech Therapist

Per diem Speech Therapist; graduate of an accredited therapy program; current state license; minimum 3 years related experience; per diem/as-needed position.

Per diem Hospice CHHA in Essex County NJ; high school diploma or GED; completion of approved hospice aide training; NJ Hospice Aide/Homemaker certification; valid driver’s license; 1+ year patient care experience preferred.

Physical Therapist

Performs initial exams, plans therapy programs, administers treatments, and documents data; requires current Physical Therapist license and minimum 2 years of experience; vaccination status required.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Minimum 3 years related experience; per diem; state license in Speech Therapy; graduate of an accredited therapy program.

LPN Skilled Nursing (7a-3:30pm)

LPN license in New Jersey; CPR; high school diploma; 1+ year in health care; supervises CNAs.

LPN Assisted Living Day Shift

LPN license required in New Jersey; high school diploma required; CPR certification required; one year of LPN experience preferred.
