1+ year mortgage industry experience; knowledge of conventional and government loan requirements (FHA/VA/USDA); compliance with real estate lending regulations; Encompass or similar loan processing software; strong communication.

Consumer Direct Loan Officer

1+ year mortgage origination experience; knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans; solid understanding of mortgage regulations and the SAFE Act.
