In this role, you won’t just be processing applications; you’ll be a strategic advisor helping clients achieve the dream of homeownership while building a robust referral network in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Origination: Manage the full loan lifecycle—from initial application and term negotiation to verifying documentation and closing.

• Business Development: Create and execute a proactive marketing plan to build lasting partnerships with realtors, builders, and community influencers.

• Financial Advising: Analyze complex financial data to recommend the best mortgage products for each client's unique goals.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our internal processing and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth, timely experience for the borrower.

• Compliance & Excellence: Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain strict adherence to federal/state regulations (including the SAFE Act) and company guidelines.

• Client Advocacy: Provide rapid, expert responses to inquiries, guiding consumers through our lending procedures with transparency and care.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of mortgage origination experience is required.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loan products, as well as current investor guidelines.

• Regulatory Savvy: Solid grasp of mortgage lending regulations and the SAFE Act
